Cookeville Regional Medical Center Receives Avatar Solutions Patient Experience Awards

Cookeville, Tenn. – Avatar Solutions, a leading provider of Patient, CAHPS, Employee, and Physician Surveys, recently announced its 2015 award-winning hospital partners. Highlighting its consistent dedication to providing a high-quality patient experience, Cookeville Regional Medical Center is being awarded the following honors:

  • Best Overall Performer Award – awarded to the top facilities in Avatar’s national database with the highest overall combined score for inpatient, outpatient, emergency department and ambulatory surgery; recognizes high performing facilities that demonstrate consistency of experiences by patient type throughout the organization
  • Exceeding Expectations Award – awarded to the facilities whose overall score exceeds expectations for their patients; based on survey questions measuring patient expectation about quality of care, reliability and customization before visit
